How to use screen pinning in android lollipop

Android lollipop is just about to launch, one of the new feature is the screen pinning feature. It lets you pin a specific app on screen so that when you give someone your phone, they can only use that app. This feature is turned off by default in the lollipop so you need to enable it.

Follow these steps to enable screen pinning on your phone running android lollipop:
1. Go to settings
2. And then go to security
3. Then select screen pinning
4. Enable it

How to use it:
1. Go to recents menu by pressing the square button on the right.
You should have a preview of all your opened apps previews as cards

2. Then scroll through app previews and pull the card of the app you want to pin.
The pin icon must appear on the bottom right.

3. Click the pin icon. You will get a pop-up asking if you want to pin app. Click start.
4. You'll see that none of the soft keys responds and you can't close or use any other app another than the pinned app.

After you've pinned your phone for whatever reason, you need you may want to go out of it. To do this, press the back button and recents menu button together.
