Microsoft launches its first phone without the "Nokia" branding

Microsoft last month reported to launch its first phone with "Microsoft lumia" branding on Tuesday. As expected the company launched its first phone and its called Microsoft lumia 535.

The phone has some really great hardware and a very low price. The Microsoft blog posted that about the phone as 5×5×5 smartphone package as it has a
5 inch screen size
5 mp primary camera
And a 5 mp front facing camera

The phone will have denim update out of the box which means it'll  have all the Microsoft goodies integrated nicely in the phone like Skype, onenote, Action Center, Word Flow, Live Folders, office and Cortana.

The phone's specs includes:
  • a 5-inch IPS LCD display with a (540x960 pixels) resolution which gives it a PPI of 220. The screen is protected by corning gorilla glass 3
  • a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor clocked @1.2GHz with 1GB of RAM.
  • The phone has 8 GB internal storage which is expendable upto 128 GB. You also get the 15 GB free OneDrive storage.

The most striking feature of this phone is the camera. Lumia's are known to have great optics. This one isn't the exception, it has the same 5 MP wide angle front facing camera which is same as in Lumia 730 and Lumia 735 coupled with the Lumia selfie app it will provide crystal clear selfies and clear streams during Skype video calling.
The primary camera is a 5 MP too with the LED flash with the Lumia camera app.

The Lumia 535 supports Bluetooth LE and can connect easily to the Portable Wireless Speakers.

The phone will come in two variants
- single sim 3G
smart dual sim 3G
And is available in cyan, bright green, bright orange, white, dark grey, and black with the price tag of EUR 110 according to the blog.
