Lollipop update for xiaomi Mi3 Mi4 on its way

Xiaomi the company which has conquered China never fails to amaze. And they have recently announced, in their blog that they are working on lollipop and plan to update soon. Xiaomi runs miui which is a skin on top of the Android. The OS is highly customized had has lot of customizations from stick Android.

The phones run miui on the KitKat OS ( mi3 & mi4 ) and is now ready for update. Company has been testing the beta versions of the android lollipop.
According to forum the beta versions still has bugs which are being fixed. And you can expect the official update at the end of the year. No official dates have been confirmed yet.

The redmi 1s and xiaomi note still haven't received the miui 6 update which creates a question that weather they'll get the update or not. The note 2 which has better specs than note 1 has more chances of getting lollipop

Calling through Bluetooth headsets
CDMA not working
Dual boot

Since they have to tweak the lollipop it may take some time.
