Hangouts update brings many new features

Google is set to release its update to hangouts the app is set to release a major update to hangouts. The update brings many new features but no user interface changes. So you won't notice changes as soon as you update they have included some major features with the update which includes

-All new stickers which can be accessed from the attachments menu

-video filters which includes sepia, vignette, black & white, and more to access these you just need to swipe during a video call

-it can now find your contacts so your friends who already have your number can more easily find and messages you in Hangouts

-the green dot is now replaced with last seen status of the person

-it now has a smart suggestions system which analyses your conversations so for eg:- if someone sends you "where are you" you'll get a option to share your location

-there are some other changes too but they the google+ post didn't specify

-the logo is redesigned too it now looks darker and bolder
