CES 2015 recap What was good and bad

it's year's CES was very bland as not many new innovations were seen apart from some manufacturers. So here's a recap of CES 2015

Probably the most talked about device was LG G flex 2. The upgrade original needed. LG made the phone better than ever and now has better hardware and the design is stronger.

LG is also working on flexible displays so we might see something more in MWC
Lg smart watch watch running WebOS was seen but the company didn't revealed anything about it.

LG fxo was showcased with transparent body which was gimmicky and didn't quite impressed rather it looked cheap plasticky feel. It runs firefox OS which isn't great either.

Apart from this LG didn't quite had anything some 4k TVs and other stuff which wasn't quite impressive.

Samsung didn't showcased anything interesting this year they are probably keeping it for MWC. Apart from a ultra slim TV and SUHD display which is basically a TV which are really great and are more efficient.

They also showed NAND SSD with storage upto 1TB with size not greater than a credit card. They had USB 3.0 interface

Sony impressed everyone with their ultra slim TV which was one of the best looking TVs at the show

Sharp displayed a transparent display and a mirror display plus displays of irregular shape which can act as speedometer and the looks can be changed as well which looked  kind a nice and may finally make to consumer market

Asus had probably the best devices. The ASUS zenphone 2 had very impressive specs specially 4gb ram and they also showcased zenphone zoom which has 3X optical zoom

BMW had demonstrated OLED tail lamps and laser headlamps for cars which was quite impressive but the real demo which made everyone speechless was the new smart watch integration so the car finds you when you commands it to which is very useful when you park it at malls or supermarket and have to find it

Hyundai showcased an humanoid which could respond and sing too but very far away from being your houseful robot

ZTE Displayed their pico smart projector which had a display on top which runs android and doubles up as LTE hotspot

Lenovo showcased some quirky accessories and vibe z pro 2 smartphone. From which the selfie flash made quite a buzz. They published a video on YouTube showing some more xtension accessories

HTC didn't had much in their booth either except HTC desire 826. The phone comes with lollipop preloaded and has a front ultrapixel camera which in theory should give better low light selfies
There was the yota phone 2 which was much improved spec wise but the design didn't quite impressed

Panasonic finally showcased successor to lumix c11 which is a advanced point and shoot camera but it also has a display which runs android and is powered by snapdragon 801 processor
Blu showed 2 blu life one and blu vivo air midrange smart phones with decent specs and reasonable price

Another phone which captured a lot of buzz was saygus V2. this was a powerhouse it packed a 21mp rear camera and a 13 mp front facing camera. The body is made up of Kevlar and metal and it is waterproof. But the most striking feature of the phone was the storage. The phone comes with 64gb internal storage and supports two 128 memory cards which in total gives you 320gb of storage. It also comes with an unlocked bootloader and it also has a finger prints scanner. This would be one of the most innovative smartphone at CES.
